Welcome to Le Coteau des Sources, a contemporary holiday home located in the heart of Périgord Blanc, just 1.5 km from the center of Montpon-Ménestérol and its shops.

This independent, single-storey gîte can accommodate up to 5 guests in a calm, green, and secure environment. Rental conditions: Arrival: the owner personally welcomes you for key handover, meter reading, and a tour of the accommodation. Deposit: to be paid by check or in cash upon arrival. Sheets and towels: available on request for an extra fee. Cleaning: optional, to be specified when booking. Pets: accepted on request (except categories 1 and 2, depending on size). Accommodation details: Capacity: up to 5 people. Private enclosed garden with garden furniture and relaxation area. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, fridge, utensils, crockery).
