Located in Neuvic, Dordogne, this independent ground-floor guest room offers direct access to the outdoors and accommodates two guests.
It is situated in a quiet detached house on the edge of the village, just a few minutes’ walk from shops, restaurants, and essential services. Accommodation: - Room with comfortable twin beds - Private shower room and WC, accessible via a small inner courtyard - Bed linen and towels provided for your comfort - Non-smoking accommodation Outdoors and amenities: - Garage available for bicycles and motorbikes - Free street parking - Homemade breakfast and dinner with regional products available for an extra charge Services and conditions: - Pets allowed (with additional fee) - Cleaning included, but you must leave the accommodation clean to avoid extra charges - Host present at arrival and departure for key handover - Private bathroom not adjoining the room (access via inner courtyard) Location and activities: The village of Neuvic (3,000 inhabitants) offers a municipal swimming pool, canoeing, a castle, a walnut oil mill, a caviar production site, a greenway 1.5 km away for cycling and walking, as well as hiking and cycling trails.

Le séjour à Neuvic s’est très bien passé, notamment grâce à Sophie, qui nous a réservé un accueil vraiment excellent.La chambre est très confortable, les petits-déjeuners sont copieux et préparés sur mesure.
