We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
The closest stations to the home are West Kensington and Baron’s Court Underground just a 5 min walk away.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Both double bedrooms open directly onto the private patio, complete with comfortable seating for relaxing outdoors.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower and ample storage, combining style and convenience for a comfortable stay.
Please note there is no wifi in the apartment.

West Kensington is a beautiful, and much sought after, area of central London. You're never too far away from a great place to eat or drink, or catch a train to other spots in the city / country. Feeling hungry? You can check out: The Latymers (British/Thai), Cacciari's (Italian), and Yas (Persian). A Tesco superstore is nearby (10 min walk) to pick up some grocery items. Some major attractions nearby include Olympia, The Design Museum, Holland Park, Notting Hill, Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, and Shepherd's Bush. And with both West Kensington and Baron’s Court stations being minutes away by foot, you'll be connected to many other spots across the city in minutes.

Extraordinary experience 10/10
: The house is located near the subway in a quiet neighbourhood. It is spacious, bright, and ideal for families. The heating and boiler worked well, and the bed mattresses and pillows were all in good condition.

We spent 2 nights with friends. it was perfect, for 2 couples 2 very nice bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Flat on 2 levels, quiet, cosy, very bright. Lovely terrace with open views. Very comfortable, I recommend without hesitation. Nice pub in the street for dinner.

We had a few issues, no light bulbs in the bedside lamps, no overhead lighting in bedroom 2, rubbish in bins in bedrooms, sitting room and kitchen. And we couldn't get the oven working. But it was a great location and we had a great stay.
