We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. We are located between Baron's Court and West Kensington Underground stations, both within a 5 minute walk.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

listing pictures are exactly as is, though some furniture are cheaper than advertised - yet the place is comfortable, minimalist and relatively new,’good value for money surroundings are quiet though the flat may need some further soundproofing as you can hear adjacent flat footsteps this is a keyle...

Our stay was very comfortable, the location was also in a very good place. We received a quick response to questions about the accommodation. Cleaning etc. was all thought and done.

Clean but weird smell sometimes- trash in front of the house upon arrival- cozy - really nice and full kitchen- really nice and clean bathroom- no tv and verry small
