Located in Florence, this 60 sqm apartment accommodates up to 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The entrance is on the first floor; from there, you go down to the lower, semi-basement level where the entire apartment is located: kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, and bathroom.
The two bedrooms are not separated by doors—they are open to each other, with a sliding door dividing the sleeping area from the entrance.
You will have a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience.
To start your day right, a welcome kit with coffee, milk, and biscuits is provided.
The apartment features high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, heating with radiators in every room (active during the hours set by the city), a fan, and a washing machine.
Self check-in is available for your arrival. Outside, you will find a private, uncovered terrace, perfect for relaxing during your stay in Florence.
The historic center of Florence can be reached in about 20 minutes by public transport available nearby. Please note the apartment is self-catering: breakfast is not included, but a welcome kit with coffee, milk, and biscuits is provided, and the kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare your own meals. Your host speaks Italian and French and is available to assist you during your stay. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.
If you wish to use the sofa bed—even if booking for 2 people—please inform us in advance so we can prepare the necessary linens before your arrival.
