We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest Dart station, E244 Bray Line, is just a 13-minute walk. Dublin Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

The house also includes a dedicated office space with a desk, perfect for working remotely or catching up on emails during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, essential cookware and cutlery.
For added convenience, a dishwasher is available to make cleanup effortless.
The house also includes a washer, dryer and ironing equipment, perfect for longer stays. The serene bedroom is furnished with a UK king-size bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The two bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, offering everything you need for a refreshing start to the day. Apart from the bedroom, everything seems a bit careless. The living room with the sofa bed is a walk-through room. We probably wouldn't have used it as a sofa bed. It has a lot of large stains. Otherwise, the flat is clean.

This spacious accommodation has one double bedroom and two bathrooms, each with a shower. However, it is important to note that the two showers cannot be used simultaneously.
Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, you can easily reach Dublin city centre and Howth.
