The flat is composed as follows: - A large, bright living room with a 55-inch TV and dining table (160x90), perfect for moments of conviviality. - A modern and spacious fully equipped kitchen (kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.) - One bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200) and desk area - One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and desk area - One bedroom with two single beds (90x190) - A modern bathroom with a large shower (160x90) - A separate toilet Outside: - A pleasant balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a drink at the end of the day Additional amenities: High chair, crib, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, fans in summer, heated towel rack in winter, roller shutters and blackout curtains in all bedrooms for total darkness and optimal thermal comfort.
