Hello and welcome to Gîte de la Place in Langeac!
We welcome you all year round to this 45 m² apartment on the first floor of a townhouse.
Designed for 1 to 4 guests, it is located on a tree-lined square with no overlooking neighbors, offering views of the hills and free parking nearby, close to the town center and the Allier river.
You will enjoy a peaceful environment. The apartment is spacious, bright, and practical.
There is no TV or Wi-Fi, but the kitchen is well equipped: fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, small oven, coffee makers, and all the essentials for cooking.
A washing machine is available.
Complimentary tea and coffee are provided. The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room features a sofa bed for two. Full bathroom.
Baby bed and high chair available on request.
Bed linen, towels, and household linen are provided.
Garage for bicycles available for an extra fee. The town center is very close with food shops.
