Welcome to La Casa Del Barba, a cozy 60 m² ground-floor retreat in the heart of Monguzzo, set within a quiet courtyard.
Perfect for couples or travelers seeking relaxation and comfort, it blends rustic ceilings with LED lighting for a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Ideal as a romantic hideaway or a practical base to explore nature, cities, and local fairs. The living area features a fully equipped kitchen and two comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a double bed. Relax with the smart TV or enjoy a good book.
The kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle—everything you need for independent cooking. The bedroom offers a king-size memory foam bed, linens and towels included, a spacious wardrobe, and a desk perfect for remote work thanks to Wi-Fi. The property accommodates up to 3 guests. The bathroom has a shower with lights and hydromassage.
A washing machine, ironing board and iron, and drying rack are also available.
Please note: no crib or high chair is provided. Private parking is available in front of the property.
Lake Como is 20 minutes away; Erba and Lariofiere are 10 minutes away, as is the train station with connections to Como, Lecco, and Milan.
Monza racetrack is about 25 minutes away. Nearby are the rehabilitation centers Villa Beretta (Costa Masnaga) and La Nostra Famiglia (Bosisio Parini), the lakes cycle path, Pusiano rowing center, Verzago Aeroclub in Alzate Brianza, Baggero Oasis, Lake Alserio, and Monte Cornizzolo Aeroclub.
