Charming 95 sqm apartment located on the ground floor of a recently renovated building, able to accommodate up to 5 people. The property is located on Via Livornese, a few meters from the "Ciclopista del Trammino", a cycle path that connects the city of the Tower to the sea of Marina di Pisa among breathtaking landscapes.
The accommodation has a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small private courtyard. It is possible to park a car in front of the entrance.

The apartment is organized as follows
- KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, moka, coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, wine glasses, kitchenware and dining table;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, 45 inch flat screen TV and single folding bed;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, bidet and toilet;
- EXTERNAL COURTYARD with table, chairs and sofa.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (1 in the living area and 1 in the sleeping area), underfloor heating, insect screens, washing machine (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.
Cot and high chair on request depending on availability.
FURTHER INFORMATION
- it is possible to park a car in front of the entrance (exclusive use);
- it is possible to store bicycles in the private courtyard;
- the accommodation has a charging system for electric cars and bicycles.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.
Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via keybox on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.
Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).
If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to
- From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro;
- From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro;
- From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro;
- From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.
The apartment is located in a strategic position, a few steps from the Trammino cycle path. This cycle path offers a perfect route for families and for those who want to cycle in safety and tranquility, between the countryside, the pine forest and the sea. The landscapes are incredible, such as the mouth of the Arno river (Bocca d'Arno), characterized by the presence of "scales" and "retoni" (large fishing nets placed on wooden buildings similar to stilts) and the characteristic tourist port.
The center of Pisa with all its beauties is 4 km away (10 minutes by bike, 5 minutes by car), while Marina di Pisa is 9 km away (30 minutes by bike, 10 minutes by car).
The best way to reach the accommodation and visit all the beauties of the surrounding area is by car. It is possible to park a car for free in front of the entrance to the property.
