The pool on the premises is undoubtedly the perfect incentive for you to enjoy your holiday in one of the warmest places in the area, with the scent of the sea in the air. Chlorinated, measuring 26x18m and with a depth ranging from 2.10m to 1m, you won't be able to resist a leisurely swim.
The youngest members of the family will also find their place in the 8m² children's pool with a depth of 0.20m. On the property, there is a porch that offers greater privacy where you can relax with a book or have a drink with your companions.
Upon entering, you will find a cosy living-dining room equipped with a television, ceiling fan and fireplace.
A breakfast bar leads to the ceramic hob kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking.
There is also an outdoor area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower on this same floor.
Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and air conditioning.
All bedrooms have a wardrobe for storing your belongings.
There is also a bathroom with a bathtub on this same floor. At Oliva Nova, you will not only find all the necessary amenities such as supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, etc., but also a beautiful golden sandy beach with crystal clear waters and gentle waves where you can enjoy the sun and water sports.
This area has several trails and routes that are ideal for hiking and cycling, as well as the Oliva Nova golf course.
The historic centre is also well worth a visit to lose yourself in its streets and sample the Mediterranean cuisine. The swimming pool is available all year round from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. In addition, a lifeguard is on duty during July and August. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station.
You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and the details of the mailbox three days prior to your arrival. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice.
