Our holiday apartment, approximately 150 sqm in size, is located in a historic half-timbered house from 1801, lovingly restored and furnished with great attention to detail.
A spacious living kitchen with an adjoining sunny roof terrace is situated on the first floor.
On the second floor, you will find two large bedrooms, each with a double and a single bed, a central hallway with a home office area, and a bright, beautiful bathroom.
Another single bed is located in the attic.
Amenities: - Free internet - Free parking - Southwest-facing roof terrace - Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine - Bed linen, towels, and shampoo included - Close-to-nature location The bedrooms are charmingly furnished and offer comfortable double and single beds.
In both rooms, a cot can be provided upon request (children under 3 years stay free and are not counted towards the total number of guests).
Another single bed is available in the attic.
Additionally, there is another room on the second floor with a 140 cm wide bed, which can be booked upon request and for an extra fee.
The house impresses with its craftsmanship details.
All rooms feature real wood parquet and/or warm carpets.
The apartment extends over the second, third, and attic floors of our old half-timbered house.
We ourselves live on the first floor – both apartments have their own separate entrance doors.
The house is well insulated due to its thick walls.
In just 10 minutes, you can reach the Thermen & Badewelt Sinsheim.
