The holiday apartment built in 1997 and is furnished in a typical country style. The property is located in a holiday resort. Also due to its quiet location the domicile is popular. Available for use: sun lounger.

Colà di Lazise, 76 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located in a holiday complex. Lazise is a resort on the southern shores of Lake Garda, which belongs to the Italian province of Verona. The village consists of three hamlets Lazise, Cola di Lazise and Pacengo di Lazise. Access is via a field or forest track. Parking is available on the property.

air conditioning. Heating. Both payable locally. TV reception takes place via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable to end of September, 15 m x 30 m, depth 1.5 m). Children's pool (3 m x 10 m, depth 0.5 m) and paddling pool.

Bathroom with washing machine, shower, WC and window.
