The house is located in a very quiet area surrounded by nature and offers exceptional and unrivaled views.
Its main attraction is the scenery: on one side you can see the Cubas River, on another the magical mountains, and also the beautiful Bay of Santander.

You can enjoy the large garden sunbathing, having a barbecue, or having fun with your family and your pets.
The village of Pedreña is known as the birthplace of one of the greatest golf players in history.
The house is located next to the Real Club de Golf de Pedreña, so if you like this sport, do not hesitate to visit this splendid course.
Pedreña also stands out for its rowing competitions, its rich gastronomy, its prized clams, and its popular sardine grill, which will make your stay unforgettable.

In Santander, you can visit the Centro Botín and the Barrio Pesquero, both highly recommended.
Near Pedreña is Cabárceno, a place that fascinates children and adults with its animals and natural surroundings.
On the beaches, surfing is king, and you have some of the best, such as Puntal de Somo, just 3-5 minutes from the house.
