Located in Eppan/Girlan, this 38 m² holiday apartment welcomes you and accommodates up to 2 guests, featuring 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
You will find a private, fully equipped kitchen as well as Wi-Fi, TV, and mountain views.
The accommodation offers step-free access indoors, as well as airport and train station transfers, both available for an additional fee. Public transport is easily accessible. Step out onto your private balcony, where you can relax in a peaceful setting and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere. A shared parking space and a garden for relaxation are available at the property.
Public tennis and padel tennis courts can be reached within about a 15-minute walk.
The house is very quietly and idyllically located by the Montiggler Forest in Girlan, offering extensive hiking and cycling opportunities.
The Small and Large Montiggler Lakes, both with public lidos, are just under 3 km from the house. You also have the opportunity to taste the hosts' own honey, as they are trained beekeepers. The house was renovated and expanded in 2023 according to building biology guidelines, using natural and sustainable materials (such as timber construction, hemp bricks, clay plaster, and lime paint). Measures have been taken to shield against electromagnetic radiation in the living and working areas, as well as to address geomantic disturbance zones.
