The lovingly furnished, air-conditioned holiday apartment on the top floor of our townhouse offers 85 m² of space for four guests.
The bedroom features a box-spring bed for two, while the living area has a sofa bed for two more.
An additional fold-out reading sofa provides sleeping space for a fifth person. The apartment includes a fitted kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and Wi-Fi. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available. Enjoy the approx. 20 m² partially covered roof terrace with furniture and a gas grill—perfect for relaxing moments. A parking space is available for you on the enclosed property directly at the house.
Bicycle racks are provided, and a garage space for motorcycles can be arranged upon request for an extra charge.
Pets are not permitted in this accommodation. Please note: The apartment is on the second floor and only accessible via stairs (not barrier-free). The central location offers excellent connections: a tram stop is right outside the door and can be heard accordingly.
Main train and bus stations, as well as the Harz narrow-gauge railway, are just a two-minute walk away.
Bakeries, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and a shopping center—whose ventilation provides a background noise—are all nearby. This location is ideal for excursions with the Harz narrow-gauge railway, to Possen amusement park, the Mittelbau-Dora concentration camp memorial, Nordhausen’s traditional distillery, or into the Harz mountains.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Dachwohnung, es wurde bei der Ausstattung an alles gedacht. Ein kleiner persönlicher Gruß stand zum Empfang bereit (herzlichen Dank nochmals!). Auch unsere Hündin fühlte sich gleich wohl. Das Sofa war maga. Super Parkmöglichkeit. Der ganze Aufenthalt war total komplikationslos.

Der Buchungsablauf und der sehr nette Kontakt zu Familie Richter erfolgte per Email und Whatsapp immer sehr schnell und Familie Richter war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Wir durften schon früher anreisen und dank des Schlüsselsafes ging dies problemlos. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern beschriebe...
