The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 148 m² house with mountain views in Saulxures, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
It has a lovely 60 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three good bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 1,500 m².
Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 60 m² living room with TV, sofas and fireplace (wood supplied as an extra) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
First floor: - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190) - Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190) - Bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A lovely 1,500 m² private, unenclosed garden - A 30 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather The house is ideally located in Saulxures, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Walks and hikes on the trails of the Champ du Feu massif, the Climont circuit or towards the Cascade de la Serva. - Discover the local heritage: Saint-Barthélemy church, Oberlin Museum and the Alsace Wine Route - Skiing and snowshoeing at Champ du Feu - Sledging and family skiing at Belmont or Le Valtin - Tasting local Alsatian specialities (baeckeoffe, tarte flambée, farmhouse munster) Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park outside the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Saint-Blaise-la-Roche - Poutay, about 5 km away - Nearest airport: Strasbourg-Entzheim, about 60 km away Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). - Free WiFi available (fibre optics) - The fireplace is functional, wood and firelighters are provided at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). - Pets accepted, subject to a supplement of €30/stay/one small pet.
Please specify when booking - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
