Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house with mountain views for rent in Saulxures. It has a surface area of 148 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 60 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub), and a garden of approximately 1,500 m². Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 60 m² living room with TV, sofas, fireplace (wood provided at an additional cost)
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190)
- A bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 1,500 m² private, unfenced garden
- A 30 m² south-facing terrace with furniture for enjoying sunny days
The house is ideally located in Saulxures, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- Walks and hikes on the trails of the Champ du Feu massif, the Climont circuit or towards the Cascade de la Serva waterfall
- Discover the local heritage: Saint-Barthélemy church, Oberlin Museum and the Alsace Wine Route
- Skiing and snowshoeing at Champ du Feu
- Sledging and family skiing in Belmont or Valtin
- Tasting local Alsatian specialties (baeckeoffe, tarte flambée, farmhouse Munster cheese)
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor parking lot.
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Blaise-la-Roche – Poutay, about 5 km away
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg-Entzheim, about 60 km away
Other notes:
-Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner).
- Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic)
- The fireplace is functional, wood and firelighters provided at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner)
- Pets are allowed, for an additional fee of €30/stay/one small pet. Please specify this when booking
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate supplement may be charged
