Located in the picturesque village of Laval-Saint-Roman, this charming 85 m² stone cottage welcomes up to 4 guests seeking a peaceful family stay in the heart of nature.
It features 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and practical amenities including private Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, and a baby bed. The cottage has a private barbecue and offers a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for countryside lovers. Enjoy your fully fenced private garden and open terrace, where you can admire uninterrupted views of the vineyards.
The shared outdoor pool is 1.5 m deep, accessible at any time thanks to natural heating, and includes a pool house for your comfort. Pets are welcome throughout the property except in the pool area.
Food is not allowed in the pool zone and events are not permitted on site. This beautiful stone house has a private, lit entrance with parking inside the fully fenced property.

Access is best by car due to the unpaved roads leading to this hilltop village. Het huis had een heel verzorgd zwembad en de hosts stonden altijd klaar om eventuele vragen te beantwoorden.
De vele muggen buiten, maar daar kon niemand iets aan doen 😇

Das Haus hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten die man sich wünscht .Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und sicher , ideal wenn man einen Hund dabei hat .
Es gibt gute Unterstellplätze und Lademöglichkeiten für e-bikes .
Die gesamte Anlage und der Pool sind tipptopp gepflegt.Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet...

The house was easy to find and we were met by our hosts on arrival. The house is furnished with everything we needed.It's very spacious and immaculately clean throughout.
