Located in La Rochelle, this 26 m² apartment accommodates up to two people and features a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed, quality mattress and bed base.
You have a fully equipped private kitchen with essential appliances, a small workspace for working, a two-seater sofa, a TV with Bluetooth stereo system, air conditioning, a fan, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a dryer.
The bathroom has a shower with integrated toilet. Enjoy your private uncovered terrace with a fenced patio and garden furniture, accessible through glass doors that bring plenty of light into the living area. For safety reasons, the apartment is not suitable for children or babies. You benefit from a private parking space on the property as well as street parking.
Public transport is easily accessible, with the train station only 600 metres away.
The accommodation is in a building with three other studios sharing a common hallway.
You are ideally located near the aquarium and the old port, close to the city centre yet in a quiet area.
Events are not permitted.
This non-smoking accommodation is designed only for two people, with no extra sleeping arrangements. Bed linen and towels are provided, and the bed will be made on your arrival.
