On approximately 70 m², you will find a cosy living and dining room for sociable family evenings, two comfortable bedrooms, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful bathroom with bathtub and shower option.
A cot and high chair for children are also available. Especially convenient: each room is accessible separately from the hallway, and there is a separate storage room in the apartment.
A washing machine in the basement ensures that even longer stays are comfortable and uncomplicated. A real highlight is the sunny, south-facing balcony – perfect for an extended breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The location is ideal: quiet yet central, you can easily reach restaurants, cafés and shops on foot.
The ski area is only 250 m away – perfect for winter sports fans! Hikers can start directly at the doorstep into the beautiful Harz nature: the popular stamping point 148 Naturmythenpfad/Silberteich is only 2 km away and, together with other nearby stamping points, invites you to adventurous family tours. Whether ski holidays, hiking adventures or relaxed family time – here you enjoy modern comfort in a cosy atmosphere.
Home office is also possible thanks to stable Wi-Fi. Treat yourselves and your family to a break that will be remembered – secure your preferred dates now. The price depends on the season, a final cleaning fee applies.
