You have a fully equipped private kitchen, TV, washing machine, dryer, high chair, and baby cot. The south-facing apartment offers a sea view and provides beach towels. Step outside and discover you are just 50 meters from the harbor and less than 100 meters from Pors ar Viliec beach, a well-known surf spot.
The apartment overlooks the harbor and is right across from a renowned sailing school famous for its regatta results. Street parking is available and public transport is accessible.
A shared tennis court and playground are at your disposal, along with toys and books for children.
Babysitting service is offered for an extra fee. Please note, events are not allowed on the property. You are in the heart of Locquirec, a beautiful peninsula midway between Lannion and Morlaix, with restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The area is perfect for surfing (2 surf schools), sailing, fishing, and hiking on the GR 34. The harbor beach, facing south, is 50 meters away, and the surf beach of Pors ar Viliec is less than 100 meters away. Please note, the apartment is on the 3rd floor.
All bed linen is provided and beds are made on arrival.
