The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 28 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area, and equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, etc. - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom (with shower) and toilet Outside: - A 6 m² balcony, facing southwest and furnished so you can enjoy sunny days The apartment is ideally located in Sarzeau, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the residence's private parking lot in the designated space. For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest train station: Vannes SNCF train station, about 33 minutes by car (19.8 miles) - Nearest airport: Lorient Bretagne Sud Airport, approximately 1 hour and 8 minutes by car (91.9 km) - Rennes Bretagne Airport, approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes by car (129 km) Other remarks: - Pets are allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner).
