On the main floor, you will find a comfortable double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, while upstairs there is an open-space attic with 3 single beds and a dedicated bathroom.
The apartment features a fully equipped private kitchen, a spacious and bright living area, air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and a dedicated workspace.
A cot is available on request for families with young children. The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator, but with a stairlift, located in the pedestrian area of the center.
Public parking, with both free and paid spaces, is about 50 meters away and the property is easily accessible on foot.
Public transport is available from the parking area, and nearby you will find a tennis court, an indoor swimming pool, and an electric car charging station.
Pets and parties are not allowed. The attic offers a unique character, with ceiling heights ranging from 75 cm to 270 cm. Large roof windows provide natural light and a charming view of the Medieval Castle.
The spacious living area is bright and elegant, ideal for relaxing and socializing.
In the area, you can go mountain biking, enjoy nature walks, and take part in the medieval event held in August.
