We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus stop, Marino Crescent Park, is just a 2-minutes walk.
Dublin Airport is an 17-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required).

The house has a rich history, with its first residents moving in as early as 1845.

The space features a cosy dining area perfect for meals or working from home, set against a backdrop of elegant sash windows that flood the room with natural light.
The room is tastefully decorated with artwork and potted plants, bringing in a touch of greenery and warmth.
The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements.
A washer is available for your laundry needs.
The property features 3 bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a UK king-size bed.
The other two are each equipped with a UK double bed.
All bedrooms are elegantly decorated and include complimentary hotel-quality linens for your comfort.
The living room has an L-shaped couch and table to enjoy relaxation in the evening.
The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The house also has a shared garden, which is accessible to guests and the tenant of the basement apartment below.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

All amenities included
: The house was extremely well furnished and equipped. It was spotless and we felt at home right away!
It sometimes did feel a little cold, in spite of the heaters (which did not work everywhere, for some reason...)

Great, clean and incredibly beautiful accommodation - with history - in North Dublin! Nestled between normal apartment blocks, great neighbourhood. Bus stop almost on the doorstep. Quick shopping nearby, within walking distance. Thank you very much!

GuestReady , has provided a great host. He answered me every time I asked. He completed everything that was missing at home. The house is in a very nice neighborhood.the beds are immaculate. There are all the ingredients you want in the kitchen. You can use the bus and DART stop very close by.
