We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus stop, Chapelizod, is just a 1-minute walk.
Dublin Airport is a 35-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required).

The area is peaceful along the River Liffey and 500m from the Phoenix Park and a 15 minute walk to Dublin Zoo.
Dublin City centre is 15 minutes away and so too is Liffey Valley and both are accessible by bus every 20 minutes.
Inside, the living room is fully furnished, featuring a comfortable sitting area, a TV to enjoy all your favourite shows, and a beautiful fireplace, perfect for cosy evenings.
Step outside and relax on the terrace, where you can enjoy the fresh air and peaceful surroundings.
It's a perfect spot for quiet moments or enjoying your morning coffee.
The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements.
A washer is available for your laundry needs.
Upstairs, the first bedroom has a UK king-size bed, and the second has a UK double bed.
Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner Enjoy your stay!

: It's location and Cleanliness
The heating did not work for the first two days. However contact was easily accessed and the problem was eventually resolved. It would be a good idea to have the heating on before guests arrive. Also the Yale lock needs to be tightened on the front door.

: The apartment is great for a summer vacation for four people. It has all the necessary amenities. The instructions provided for using the appliances are great. We would stay here again next time we come to Dublin

We had a good stay although some of the kitchen utensils should be changed as they are not very usable.
The surrounding area is nice. Cafeteria just opposite and supermarket 1 min walk away.
