Located in Toulouse, on the Jolimont hill, this bright and comfortable 17 m² apartment accommodates up to two guests.
It features a bedroom with two comfortable beds and a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
The apartment offers Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace, elevator, washing machine, and step-free access.
The room includes a kettle, wardrobe, hangers, and luggage space, while the bathroom provides shampoo, shower gel, soap, cotton swabs, hairdryer, towels, and a first aid kit. Just 800 meters downhill, you'll find a green area with many trees, tennis courts, cycling and jogging paths, football fields, a swimming pool, ice rink, fitness trail, children's playgrounds, and a Basque pelota club.
Electric bikes are available nearby.
On Place Soupetard, there is a Saturday morning market, a mini-market, bakery, and restaurant, plus a tobacco shop and another restaurant about 900 m away on foot. Shared street parking is available, and Jolimont metro station is 200 meters away.
The metro takes you to the train station in 3 minutes and downtown in 5 minutes.
An airport shuttle service is available for an extra charge.
Due to construction at the station, metro access may be tricky on your first visit; the host can pick you up on request if needed. Events are not allowed, outside guests are not admitted, and quiet is required after 11 p.m. to respect the peace of the residence.
