This recently restored 18th-century house offers mountain views and a comfortable retreat with enough space for large groups. You can step out into the private garden to relax and enjoy the mountain scenery.
The private balcony and barbecue are ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing. The property offers 4 parking spaces.
Pets are allowed during your stay. The area is perfect for rural tourism and is surrounded by natural and cultural attractions such as the Hoces del Río Duratón Natural Park, just 25-30 minutes away by car, perfect for hiking, canoeing, and enjoying its spectacular canyons and griffon vultures. The Hermitage of San Frutos, a spectacular viewpoint within the Natural Park, is perfect for a short getaway from Requijada. Requijada is part of the Route of the Red and Black Villages, known for its traditional architecture and the unique colours of the villages in the Sierra de Ayllón.
