You will have private Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, a dedicated workspace, and a washing machine at your disposal.
The apartment offers a lake view and has a private balcony where you can enjoy the tranquil atmosphere.
Late check-in is possible upon arrangement with the host and is available for an extra fee. Step out onto your private balcony, ideal for admiring the peace and the lake view, experiencing the quiet environment that characterizes the entire home. Events and parties are not allowed.
Airport shuttle service is available for an extra fee. You are required to respect quiet hours after 11:00 p.m. and to keep the accommodation in good condition.
The kitchen must be left clean to avoid additional charges. The central location puts you just 5 minutes on foot from the Rialto Bridge, 15 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and 20 minutes from the train station.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family of five. We love the windows that opened up to the canal. The location was excellent—close to restaurants, shops, the Rialto Bridge, and many of Venice’s main attractions. Our host was very helpful with recomm...
