Enjoy an unforgettable stay at our Luxury Beachfront Apartment III, a modern apartment with sea views in Porto.
Located in a prime area, with easy access to the beach and local attractions.
Ideal for couples, professionals or a relaxing getaway.
Amenities include elevator and air conditioning. Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room.
Enjoy stunning sea views from the 1st floor. We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! You just need to request it (please ask for the price). You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (please ask for prices). The sofabed is already included for a reservation made for 3 people.
If the reservation is for 1 or 2 people and you wish to use the sofabed, an added charge of 20 € will be asked. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking. If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability.
After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's assistance to open the door, a cost of €40 will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon consultation. For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow a team member to enter the property for inspection purposes, with monthly visits being scheduled for this purpose. Quiet hours: 21:00 to 7:00. Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.

Superbe, tiny flat located in Foz. Astonishing view onto the Atlantic Ocean with a breathtaking sunset.

Everything was beautiful about the place, and it was as advertised. The issue came when we only had 1 towel each, and no bath cloths. I contacted them as soon as I got in because we wanted to go right to the beach. They said it would cost extra for extra towels. As soon as they sent the link to pay ...
