Discover us at our OPorto Garden Pool House, located in a privileged area of Porto.
This extraordinary pool house, situated at the end of a large garden, has been recently renovated and offers all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
It is ideal for summer vacations with friends, family, or a weekend getaway. - The entrance to the apartment is independent of the main house. - Access to the garden and swimming pool is included. - Access to the pool will, almost always, be exclusive to guests only. Important note: there is construction work going on near the apartment, which causes noise between 8:00 and 19:00. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it could affect our guests' stay.
As such, we are guided by a policy of transparency, so that our guests' expectations are duly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy! In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented.
The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability.
A late check-out without prior authorization will incur a fee of €200 per hour. If you lose your key, a fee will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s intervention to open the door, a fee of €40 will apply after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – price upon consultation. For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest. If you are planning to bring your pet, please inform us, as an additional fee is applicable or its entrance might be rejected. Quiet hours: 21:00 to 7:00. Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.

Respeite os vizinhos: Nenhum ruído alto é permitido antes das 9h00 ou após as 22h00. Se forem 2 pessoas e necessitar do sofá-cama feito, este deverá ser solicitado antes do seu check-in (preço sob consulta), caso contrário assumiremos que é um casal e faremos apenas a cama do quarto. Respeite os horários de check in e check out: • Check in: das 15h30 às 24h00. Por favor, forneça um check-in pelo menos 24 horas antes da sua chegada.
Caso necessite de guardar a bagagem (a partir das 12h00), avise-nos com antecedência. • Check-out: até às 10h30. (Se houver disponibilidade, adoraríamos oferecer um check-out tardio). Por favor, tome cuidado com os itens de decoração, móveis, toalhas / lençóis e outros equipamentos do apartamento.
Qualquer dúvida quanto ao manuseio dos eletrodomésticos e equipamentos do apartamento não hesite em nos contactar. Deixe todos os aparelhos elétricos desligados, certifique-se de que as torneiras de água não estejam abertas e feche todas as portas e janelas antes do check-out. Pedimos aos hóspedes que deixem a louça e a cozinha limpos e esvaziem o lixo, há sempre um depósito de lixo na rua próxima. O apartamento é limpo antes de cada chegada.
Por favor, mantenha o apartamento arrumado e limpo o mais razoavelmente possível durante todo o tempo de sua ocupação. Se necessitar de limpeza extra durante a sua estadia, por favor contacte-nos - iremos providenciar com um custo adicional. Property is in the grounds of another house. The property itself was fine but would have been vastly improved by some basic provisions to start your stay (eg tea and coffee when you arrive after the shops are shut). Pool not warm at end September. Liiving management team extremely helpful for any issues and organised pool maintenance quickly upon request.
