This 120 m² accommodation offers a comfortable living room, a bedroom, and a modern bathroom on one floor and is ideal for up to 4 people. Amenities & Features: Free Wi-Fi (including a home office space), three TVs, air conditioning, washing machine, and dryer are available. Wellness & Outdoor Area: In the garden, you will find a private sauna and a private whirlpool (seasonally available: May 15 to October 15).
A covered terrace invites you to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings. Important Notes: The host may stay in the upper part of the house if only the lower area is booked.
The entire villa can also be booked. Parking & Rules: Parking spaces on the property as well as free street parking are available.
One pet is allowed for an additional fee per night.
Cats are not permitted due to animal allergies.
Smoking and parties are not allowed.
Self check-in is possible. Additional Information: After booking, you will receive a contact form.
Please observe quiet hours from 12:00 to 14:30 and from 21:00.
Loud music in the garden is not permitted. Additional Costs: Electricity and water consumption are billed separately according to actual usage and are not included in the rental price.
Meter readings are recorded at check-in and check-out. Tourist Tax: The local tourist tax is charged additionally and is not included in the overnight price.
