This 120 m² accommodation offers a comfortable living room, a bedroom, and a modern bathroom on one floor, ideal for up to 4 people.
Amenities: Free Wi-Fi (including home office space), three TVs, air conditioning, washing machine, and dryer are available.
Wellness & Outdoor Area: In the garden, you will find a private sauna and a private whirlpool (seasonal use: May 1 to October 1).
A covered terrace invites you to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings.
Important Notes: The host may live in the upper part of the house if only the lower area is booked.
The entire villa can also be booked.
Parking & Rules: Parking is available on the property as well as free street parking.
One pet is allowed for an extra fee per night.
Cats are not permitted due to allergies.
Smoking and parties are not allowed.
Self-check-in is possible.

Please observe quiet hours from 12:00 to 14:30 and from 21:00.
Loud music in the garden is not permitted.
