This newly renovated villa is just 400 meters to the beautiful Bang Tao beach and just a short walk to the main village.

The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lounge and large dining area and a garden, where customers can relax and watch the world go by.

It comes with free wifi, all kitchen appliances and is perfect for groups of up to 10 people.

The downstairs area contains a private studio apartment, should guests wish to have more privacy.

The space
The property is newly renovated and is excellent for groups and families alike.

The property is extremely spacious, in a great village location, a short 7 minutes walk to the beautiful Bang Tao beach.

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all with power showers, towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. We do not provide beach towels, so please make allowances for this.

The house has a large living room open plan kitchen area with a smart TV and good sized kitchen and dining facilities. There is also a downstairs studio anex area to the house where a couple and small child can sleep if privacy is wanted between friends and family. All rooms are air conditioned.

The kitchen stocks essentials for cooking and cleaning and mod cons to support you should you wish to cook at home.

The master bedroom has a balcony with table and chairs and there is a nice garden space around the house for you to relax and chat outside. There is also a washing machine and full WIFI throughout the house.

The village is just a 1 minute walk from the house, where you will find many shops, bars, massage places, convenience stores, exchange booths etc. The village itself is vibrant and a great place to hang out and watch the world go by.

We ourselves have a great bar situated in the centre of the village and we give all our customers 10% discount on our prices.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire villa and do not share any space with any other guests.

We all live very close to the villa so in case of anything you need we can come quickly to you and assist in any emergency also.

We have an excellent reputation and review ranking on other portals that are testimony to the hard work, sincerity and dedication of the team.

Other things to note
Bedroom 1 has 1 super king bed 1 sofa bed and 1 hotel style fold down bed, thus sleeping 4 people.

Bedroom 2 has 1 super king bed, thus sleeping 2 people.

Bedroom 3 (Anex) has i king bed and the living room area has 1 sofa bed, thus sleeping 3 people.

Total sleeping capacity is 10 people but please be aware that not all the beds are "normal" beds so please do not complain on arrival that the beds are not standard beds.

I allow up to 10 people even though there are only 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms because i appreciate that some people are on a tight budget and this allows big groups to be together all under 1 roof at a very affordable cost.
