This beautiful, typical house of the region combines charm and comfort.
Located between the Arcachon Basin and Sarlat, at the gateway to Saint-Émilion, it invites you to discover a region rich in gastronomy, monuments, cities and sites listed as UNESCO World Heritage, festivals, as well as many outdoor sports activities. The house has two entrances: one through the private parking area and one through the garden.
The spacious living area includes the lounge, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom with a bathroom (bathtub and shower) and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms, one with a TV and games console, a view of the river, and a shared bathroom with shower and toilet. The large garden offers shaded terraces with two small lounges and a large table for your meals.
A small outbuilding houses the barbecue, table tennis, adult bikes and outdoor games. A high chair and baby cot are available on request. You have access to the entire house.
Keys will be handed over in person.
A welcome booklet will be available with essential information.
In case of emergency, we live a few kilometres away and remain available by phone.
