Gîte-studio of 40 m² on one level for 2 people, away from the village on a busy road (but no noise pollution inside).
Kitchen open to the living room (4-burner hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, dolce gusto pod coffee maker, wine cellar, etc.), sofa and 80 cm TV. Stove (pellets provided). Sleeping area with 1 160x200 bed. Travel cot and high chair on request. WIFI (fiber). Shower room with sink, shower (80x140cm), separate WC. NO WASHING MACHINE.
Private furnished terrace of 24m² + barbecue. Parking on the street in front of the gîte. Electric car charging station.
500 m from the village center, 2 km from shops (bread, butcher, greengrocers). In the Avesnois Natural Park, between Valenciennes and Maubeuge, come and enjoy the charm of the bocage and the tranquility of the place for an unforgettable moment of quality relaxation.
In an old stable and its adjoining dairy, we have tastefully furnished the “Factory” suite. This accommodation combines the charm of the old (historic brick and antique objects) and the comfort of modern equipment (wood and gray kitchen) through an eco-responsible approach.
