Within walking distance of the town center, the house offers a pleasant living area (kitchen open to the living room).
Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, conventional oven, microwave, extractor hood, and tableware for 4 people).
The living area is equipped with a table and chairs, a sofa bed, and a TV.
The upper floor opens onto two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a balcony, and a bathroom with a toilet.
A large wooden terrace (electric awning) overlooks the garden (washing machine under the lean-to outside).
PETS NOT ALLOWED - INTERNET/WIFI EQUIPMENT - NO OUTLETS FOR HYBRID OR ELECTRIC VEHICLES (plugging in is prohibited inside the property) 1 parking space in front of the property An inventory of the property is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the Civil Code). Subsequent guests all have 24 hours to notify us of anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our services may have forgotten to report. If tenants leave the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure.
This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage.
In the case of a preliminary inventory, the deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants' departure. Optional services to be paid for on site and reserved prior to your arrival: - Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: €10. - Bathroom linen/set per person/one week: €5. - House cleaning C354: €66. Property managed by a professional.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.
