The holiday apartment Granada David is located in Granada and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 74 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning (in the living room and master bedroom) as well as a fan and portable radiators.
Although it is an interior unit, it receives plenty of natural light and remains very quiet, despite being near a main avenue. This vacation rental features a shared open terrace for relaxed evenings. Public transport links are located within walking distance and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk. Free parking is available on the street. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. This property has light and water-saving features. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage. If you require flexibility with your check-in time, feel free to contact the hosts in advance.
