Information about the host On a sunny hill, surrounded by green meadows and with an unobstructed panoramic view of the Allgäu Alps, lies our lovingly run farm with dairy cattle and petting animals.
Here you will experience genuine Allgäu hospitality, plenty of space for children and the tranquillity of nature - ideal for families, active holidaymakers and anyone longing for a little time out.
You will stay in one of our three comfortable vacation apartments - either in the newly extended 90 m2 apartment or in one of the two newly renovated apartments with 55 or 65 m2.
All apartments are fully furnished and offer 2 to 3 separate bedrooms, kitchen/living room, 1 to 2 bathrooms and some have a balcony with mountain views.
The beds are freshly made on arrival, towels and tea towels are ready for you.
While you relax on the sunbathing lawn or in the garden house, the children can have fun: a large playground, soccer goal, table tennis table, table football, giant trampoline and lots of children's vehicles ensure fun, exercise and adventure.
For the little ones, we are happy to provide a crib, high chair, bed guard and more if required.
A real highlight for little explorers is our farm experience: during a visit to the stables, a ride on the tractor or the popular stable diploma, children can experience farming up close and prove their knowledge in a playful way.
Our modern animal welfare barn with milking robot, feed belt and manure collector can of course also be visited.
Our farm is also the perfect starting point for active vacationers: hikes and mountain tours start right outside the front door - e.g. to the Juget Alpe or the nearby Alpsee.
Restaurants are within walking distance, and there are many wonderful cycling and mountain bike tours waiting for you around the farm.
We are happy to arrange e-bikes through our partner "Radsport Schaich" - rental is convenient from the farm.
A lockable bike room with charging facilities is available for safe storage and charging.
If you are looking for relaxation, you will also find it here: We are happy to arrange wellness treatments such as massages via "Herzensraum Entspannung" - just a few minutes from the farm.
In winter, the cross-country ski trail and toboggan run start right by the house, and we provide toboggans free of charge.
E-cars can also be conveniently charged at the farm.
For a good start to the day, we offer a bread roll service on request, plus regional drinks from an Allgäu brewery and fresh farm milk.
An additional highlight from summer 2025: We are taking part in the "Free ride on the Allgäu Hörnerbahnen" program.
As our guests, you can then enjoy one free ascent and descent per day on the following cable cars in summer: Hörnerbahn Bolsterlang (from May) Weltcup-Express Ofterschwang (from May) Happy children, relaxed parents, impressive nature - that's a vacation at holiday farm Eger.
