We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus stop, Port - Joan Josep Sister, is just a 2-minute walk.
The nearest tram stop, Grau - La Marina, is just a 7-minute walk.
Valencia Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Please note that parties, loud noises, and smoking are STRICTLY forbidden inside the flat, as it is equipped with noise decibel monitors and smoke detectors.
Pets are not allowed either.
In case of not following the house rules, fines of 200€ will be charged.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
Please note that under no circumstances is it allowed to use, disturb, or affect the public road, the sidewalk, or the exterior areas, nor to remove furniture from the property.

Welcome to GuestReady Essential in Valencia’s Quatre Carreres district – a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty to see and do.
This simple 30 m² one-bedroom flat is a great base for exploring the city.
It’s on the ground floor at street level, sleeps 2 comfortably, and can fit up to 3 with the sofa bed in the living area (The bedroom is separated from the living room by a wall, but it does not have a door).
You’ll have all the essentials for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, fresh towels and linens, and 24/7 guest support.
A Note on Expectations: We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect, while still enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential.
The flat doesn’t have windows but has a mechanical ventilation system to keep the air fresh.
As it’s at street level and near ongoing, some noise is possible on weekdays.
To keep things comfortable for everyone, parties, loud noise, smoking, and pets are not allowed.
The apartment has noise monitors and smoke detectors, and furniture must stay inside the property.
Please note that under no circumstances is it allowed to use, disturb, or affect the public road, the sidewalk, or the exterior areas, nor to remove furniture from the property.

Really nice little place. Parking was a bit of a nightmare (but that's nothing to do with the accomodation). the stairs to the top bedroom is a bit of a squeeze but apart from that it was a great apartment in a great location.

Superb location, close to shops, buses... very clean and functional apartment. Well aerated despite the lack of windows. The presence of a toilet or bathroom upstairs would be welcome.
We had an excellent stay.
PS: the toaster blows out the electricity which has to be re-connected to the meter outside, which is locked by a padlock. Guestready was a bit slow to give us the code.

We were very comfortable! The cars parked in front of the car park and the metro station nearby.!!!! Everything was fine!
