We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The apartment is within walking distance of bus stops and a metro station.
Services like UBER and private taxis are also available in Valencia. - Marítim - Serríera is 4 minutes away by foot and is connected to metro lines 5 and 7 - Mediterrani tram stop is 2 minutes away by foot and is connected to lines 8 and 6 - Valencia city centre is 11 minutes by metro - Valencia Airport is 47 minutes by metro or 27 minutes by car. Check-in at this accommodation is in-person.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed.
We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags.
If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros.
Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy.

My home is located just an 11-minute from Las Arenas Beach.
Additionally, it is near Veles e Vents and Mirador del Port.
Marítim - Serríera is also nearby, only a 4-minute walk away.
This location provides easy access to the metro (lines 5 and 7), which takes just 11 minutes or six stops to reach Valencia city centre.
The apartment spans 100m2 and is fully furnished with all the essentials to make you feel at home.
It features a comfortable living room where you can relax and unwind on the sofa, watch your favourite shows on the large TV, or enjoy a meal at the small dining table with four chairs.
Although compact, the open kitchen in the living area is thoughtfully designed and well-equipped to prepare full meals.
A washing machine is also provided so you can freshen up your clothes without visiting a laundromat.
The largest bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the two other rooms contain single beds.
All the beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.
The bathroom in the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to freshen up. Towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are also provided for your convenience.

In the Poblats Marítims district, the mainly residential neighbourhood of El Cabanyal-El Canyamelar backs onto a string of sandy beaches with a palm-lined shorefront promenade. Nearby streets draw summer crowds with souvenir stores, cafes, casual eateries, and late-night bars and clubs. Inland are the Mercat Cabanyal food market and the Museu de l'Arròs de València, focusing on the city's rice production history.

A spacious apartment in a good location for both the metro into the city centre and the beach. Very basic kitchen and bedroom essentials (it was necessary to buy more for our long term stay). Overall, we had a great stay in this apartment.
