Outside, enjoy a 10x5m fenced swimming pool with countryside views, sun loungers, a shaded terrace with dining area and lounge set, and a game area with billiards, ping-pong, darts, badminton, and a pétanque court—all shared with other guests on the property. Ideally located to explore the Dordogne, the estate is just minutes from the Monbazillac vineyards and château, the historic center of Bergerac, and the Pombonne lake, perfect for a walk or swim. Environnement calme, accès à la piscine et à plusieurs espaces de jeux et activités. Ambiance conviviale et détendue.
Il manque un peu d'entretien général, beaucoup d'objets abandonnés à plusieurs endroits du domaine, meubles bancals et tringles à rideaux qui se décrochent. Nettoyage autour et au fond de la piscine à faire quotidiennement.
