We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train! The nearest train station is Maison Blanche (Line 7) - just 4 mins away on foot.
There's also Porte de Choisy station just 5 mins away.
From these stations, you can go to various places in or on the outskirts of Paris! Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 30 mins drive from the flat. Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM.
If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Close to the vibrant Chinatown and Maison Blanche Station, this is the ideal home for families/friends who wish to explore Paris! Welcome to my home! Bright and tastefully furnished, this charming flat is within walking distance to various top attractions in Paris! Fitted with a sofabed, a sofa and a TV, relax in the living room after a long day in the city.
There's also a large window that brightens the space during the day.
If you fancy dining in, there's a dining table complete with a table and 4 chairs where you can dine with loved ones! The kitchen is fully equipped with basic appliances and cutleries you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, an oven, and a fridge. The bedroom contains a comfy queen bed, a wardrobe for your belongings, and a work desk complete with a TV at your disposal.
Upon arrival, complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink.
Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. Enjoy your stay!

A very nice, cozy apartment in a vibrant area of southern Paris. Nice neighborhood, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Metro and buses just around the corner. Perfect for a family or a small group.

The flat is spacious and clean. It is a good value for money! The only thing that let me unconfortable was the required deposit of 500 euros that was not clear at the ad.
