Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest tram station is Angélique Compoint (line Tb3), just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) is approximately 45 minutes away by car. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20.
Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Welcome! The door to this 23 m² apartment opens into a bright space, thoughtfully and elegantly decorated. The living area is designed for your comfort, featuring a cozy sofa and a television, perfect for relaxing moments. The dining area offers a table that seats two guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals: microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed (160x200), dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a sink, a mirror, and a shower. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. All that’s left is for you to relax and enjoy! Don't miss a visit to the nearby Basilique du Sacré-Cœur, for a breathtaking panoramic view of Paris. The Clignancourt district is a captivating place where the past and modernity meet in a unique atmosphere.
