We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
The location is ideal for exploring Bordeaux.
It is close to three stations, Bordeaux Saint-Jean (2.6km), Saint-Jean (2.7km), and Cenon (4.3km), making it easy to get around the city.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking.
Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors.
Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
This two-bedroom apartment is in the prestigious Cours du Chapeau-Rouge, a stone's throw from the Grand Theatre and the Place de la Bourse.
The apartment has 60m2 and it's perfect for families and friends wishing to stay in the city centre.
You are close to the Notre Dame church, many restaurants and the Bourse" tramway station.
Welcome to my apartment! Bright and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.
The living/dining space features a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for four.
The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals, such as an electric plate, an oven and a coffee machine.
The bedrooms have a lovely double bed, complimentary hotel-quality linens, and a wardrobe to store your belongings.
The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
A washing machine is also available to serve your laundry needs.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your safety.
Please note that the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
