We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The nearest metro station is Croix-Paquet (line C) only about a 1-minute walk away.
And just 5 minutes away is the Hotel de Ville (line A) metro station.
From these 2 stations you'll be able to travel and explore Lyon with ease! Cleaning costs include cleaning as well as sheets and towels and the handing over of the keys.
Arrivals are between 2pm and 10pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, additional charges apply: - 20€ after 10pm There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking.
Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors.
Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.

You will have all the necessary utensils to prepare and enjoy your meals at the table.
The bathroom has a shower, a hairdryer and a large mirror.
And we provide fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
A reversible portable AC is available for your comfort.
You can also relax in the living room, with television, wifi connection.

Great... if you're prepared to make some compromises
: Impeccable cleanliness - charm - character - large surface area - very good bedding - top kitchen and shower facilities
On the first floor you can't stand up - and when you get up at night it's rock & roll - place to collect the keys a bit far away

Très bien, en revanche bien préciser l'heure d'arrivée car self check-in grâce à une clé à récupérer chez un commerçant (code valable pour récupérer la clé à partir de l'heure indiquée)

Logement bien placé, avec du charme.
Logement viellissant, qui mériterait un rafraichissement.
Taches sur le canapé et sur les rideaux, trou dans les draps, meubles abimés…on voit clairement que c’est uniquement du locatif BnB.
La propreté globale est limite… on a du mal à trouver justifiés les 40e de menage facturés par Guestready.
