Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train! The nearest train station is Ranelagh (line 9) - just steps away from the flat.
There's also Jasmin (line 9) station just 5 mins away and Gare de Boulainvilliers (RER line C) just 8 mins away on foot.
From any of these stations, you can go to various places in or on the outskirts of Paris! Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 35 mins drive from the flat. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay.
The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property. Bright and tastefully furnished, this charming 22m2 flat is close to many of Paris’ top attractions! Fitted with a plush sofa and a dining area that comfortably seats 2, relax in the open living room after spending a long day in the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including an electric stove, a microwave, and a toaster. The bedroom features a comfy double bed (fitted with complimentary hotel quality linens) and storage space for your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat has been professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay!

The 16th arrondissement is known for its luxurious buildings with Haussmann-style architecture and magnificent gardens. Due to a large number of embassies, it is one of the most secure districts.
The district also offers an impressive choice of museums. If you are an art lover, you can visit the Louis Vuitton Foundation, the Museum of Modern Art, the Marmottan Monet Museum and the Palais de Tokyo.
For fashion enthusiasts, visit the Yves Saint Laurent Museum and the Palais Galliera. A peaceful Paris, believe it or not
: The flat has a balcony and is in a very quiet area, away from the hordes of tourists
It’s a bit hot and there’s no air conditioning, but when you open the windows, a breeze comes through which makes it more bearable

Quaint apartment in a poish residential neighborhood. Perfect to experience a real Parisian life Everything was available and perfect for our family of 4. Located in a very quiet neighborhood and there are several bakeries, brasseries and supermarkets around.
