Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. Line 7 at the foot of the building, Bus 60 and 54. Taxi station at the foot of the building. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay.
The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property. This lovely apartment welcomes you for a stay in the heart of the amazing 19th arrondissement of Paris.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. The bedroom contains a comfy king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Note: The flat has been renovated recently. Enjoy your stay!

A picture of Parisian lifestyle in the 19e arrondissement, on the right bank of Paris, with the indolence and casualness of fluvial life.Close to the main touristic attractions of Paris, accessible through several means of transportation, the neighborhood offers the luxury of being in Paris with your feet in the water ! By the way, during the Summer, the bassin de la Villette changes into a second Paris Plages (Paris Beaches).
Walk outside the apartment, take a walk along the quays on the banks of the canal and watch the boats come and go, go a bit further, to the Antipode, a cool bar on a barge.Push the fluvial experience so far that you will think that you're Jack Sparrow.

The flat is in a great location, right in the city centre, with a lovely unobstructed view. The host is always quick to reply and communication is excellent. The staff handling check-in and check-out are very friendly. In the evening, the flat stays quite comfortable thanks to the natural draught.

It's a very charming apartment with plenty of space. Feels very authentic to Paris with a bohemian, artistic flair. Lots of light and three proper beds.
The area is very safe and has plenty of dining, coffee and grocery options. Close to the heart of the city.

Enjoy your stay in Batignolles
: Close to the Place Clichy, La Fource and Montmartre metro stations, easy access to tourist attractions, a safe neighbourhood
This is not the case. The stairwell requires cleaning and refurbishment (strong, unpleasant odour)
