The 4-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig zur Fußgängerzone, zum Hafen und Bahnhof. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer lief problemlos über WhatsApp. Bis auf das fehlende zweite Schlafzimmer waren alle anderen Beschreibungen des Eigentümers zutreffend.
Angegeben werden zwei Schlafzimmer wobei die Wohnung lediglich über ein Schlafzimmer verfügt.
In der Wohnung waren Raumduftspender aufgestellt, im Bad ,Flur und Küche. Der Duft war sehr dominant und unangenehm. Die Küche ist sehr klein. Durch den dunklen Anstrich wirkt die Wohnung dunkel. Das gesamte Haus ist hellhörig.
