With a view of the hills, the "La Rugiada" room with bathroom is located on the ground floor with step-free access and no architectural barriers, making it fully accessible for people with disabilities.
It is perfect for a holiday surrounded by nature, with direct access to the equipped garden.
The 45 m² property consists of one bedroom and one bathroom, and can accommodate up to 3 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and free access to the small zoo of the Tuscan countryside with an educational trail.
Activities by reservation: You can enjoy horseback riding, one or more day workshops with Palio di Siena winning jockeys, and wine tastings in collaboration with a renowned local winery.
The accommodation is 20 minutes from Siena, the free Petriolo thermal baths, and 10 minutes from the Merse river, which is swimmable and set in a nature reserve.
This property offers access to shared outdoor amenities, including a garden, barbecue, and playground.
Guests staying in our apartments can enjoy free access to the park of our educational farm.
We are located along the permanent route of the Strade Bianche and L’Eroica—an ideal spot for nature lovers and cycling enthusiasts. 11 parking spaces are available on the property.
