Our gite is perfect for recharging with family (with or without children), friends, in complete privacy and safety.
Spacious, 160 m², comfortable and well-equipped: 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms + 1 separate shower room 2 separate toilets A work desk with Wi‑Fi for remote work Ideal for up to 9 people. Large private garden (450 m²) and grounds (5 000 m²), private secure swimming pool (7×14 m) with a shallow paddling area for kids, pétanque court, ping‑pong table, and outdoor dining area with plancha … NÎMES is ideally located: within an hour you have access to the seaside (Le Grau-du-Roi, La Grande-Motte), the Cévennes Mountains, notable cities like Arles, Avignon, Montpellier, Marseille (1h15), Sète, Uzès (first duchy of France) … Situated among vineyards on the outskirts of Nîmes, 5 minutes from A9 motorway exit 25. You can stay on-site, hike (3 nearby trails we’ll share), play golf (2×18 holes), or explore the region. Our gite is perfect for families with kids (baby bed and high chair available—see photos), friends, LGBT guests… with total PRIVACY and SAFETY (handicap access, fire alarms, extinguisher, 4 exits). An annex (180 m²) with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms lets us host up to 15 guests We rent exclusively to one group to ensure your privacy and comfort. Cleaning fees included; gite fully cleaned between stays.
All linens washed above 60 °C. Private setting—no shared spaces = peace. Ideal for 2 to 15 people including teens and/or children over 3 (baby bed & high chair provided). New appliances and linens: dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge+freezer, induction hob, ice maker, TV, Wi‑Fi… Photos/videos will show the quality.
Parking for 2 cars. Beside the pool is an outdoor dining area seating 10 under a large barnum, lit and with gas plancha. The gite is 280 m south of A9 motorway (as the crow flies). If Mistral (north wind) blows, you may hear slight outdoor noise, but none complained.
No noise inside. Minimum stay: low season 3 nights; high season 7 nights. Robert & Raquel Canonne — French, English, Spanish fluent… Both entrances/exits: wheelchair/PMR ramps.

Le gîte est bien situé, au calme, c'est parfait pour se reposer. Les lieux sont propres et bien équipés. Robert est très sympathique et disponible ! Petite précision à apporter à l'annonce : seule une partie du logement est climatisée. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour !

Grand gite pour 9 personnes au milieu d'un grand parc arboré.Très bon accueil du propriétaire.Le mas est très grand avec 4 chambres, une salle de bain et une douche dans une des chambres.Dommage que l'extérieur ne soit pas un peu mieux entretenu (salon de jardin, chaises longues, table de ping pong) .Lors de notre séjour la télé et le wifi ne fonctionnaient pas mais ce n'était pas gênant .
